First time at 5 STAR and I was very happy With the service, communication and Professionalism that I experienced. I wanted the fuel injectors replaced in my Escalade but found out Cadillac had a back order nationwide on these parts. But some how Fadi was able to find these Injectors Through several other sources. And they Were able to get me back on the road in 2 days , thank you Fadi. Ned & Fadi are the best!! I cannot say enough about the service I received here. I would rather go to the dentist than have to face car problems but 5 Star made my experience painless. I had to have an alignment, an electrical issue with my lights fixed, get a new battery & alternator and replace a belt. Not only was the price fair, they did it in a reasonable amount of time. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

I just got the flat tire. I drove passed the 5 start and just walked in. The gentleman told me that they closed earlier today bc all the tech people already left. I said would you mind to check if I needed new tires ? He checked and willing to make an order for me for tomorrow. ( not in the store) Even the store already closed he was still very helpful. I was lucky to get there before he left ! This place is definitely the new spot for me to have service done for my car. I’m so grateful for all his help ! This is the truly 5 Star Auto Service ‼️
