I think this is my 3rd or 4th visit to 5 Star.. I decided to cut the cord with the dealer after a huge frustration w the service on my Lexus hybrid. I found 5 Star through Costco car discount. Everyone knows that Costco expects the best so I tried them out. All maintenance services so far- Top Notch! The guys are sooo nice - it’s like family. Car is finished by noon & never any grease or dirt in my car or hassles with the someone trying to upsell me on something my car doesn’t need. Highly recommend!!!

Fadi was incredibly kind and helpful when my car first wasn’t passing smog. Always helped on short notice and gave me a quick plan of action to successfully pass the certification. My Honda is now ready to roll and I will definitely be returning for any future needs! Highly recommend :) Thank you again my friend!
