I came in today because of a coolant alert and had one of the best auto service experiences I’ve ever had. Unlike many other shops that ask you to drop off your car and wait for hours, they checked my car immediately and had everything taken care of in about 10–15 minutes. That alone saved me so much time and hassle. What really stood out was their honesty. Instead of pushing for a leak test right away, they first checked whether it was actually necessary and made sure I didn’t spend money unnecessarily. It turned out the coolant was just slightly low, and they quickly topped it off with no charge, They even helped refilled my windshield washer fluid. The owner is incredibly kind, genuine, and professional. no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, honest, and reliable auto care

Have an old vw bug (2004) that hasn't been serviced in 2 years. I had a great mechanic. But I moved, and he is now too far for me to take my vw for service. So found this place close by. Talked to the service rep in person before I brought it in. He was very nice, knowledgeable..said they do work on German vehicles...so made an appt and brought my vw to be serviced, and I asked him to checked for any other maintenance issue that would need to be taken care of. The service was quick..maybe 1.25 hrs..and I went back to get car. The mechanic was checking spare tire in my trunk to ensure all was fine. So Very happy and confident that the car was taken good care of by this service company.
