Got my car towed from my workplace to this shop due to car not starting. AAA jump started the car thrice but still not turning on. This shop is amazing. They figured out what went wrong and advised me of how much would the cost be before starting the job. They are very transparent and very skillful on fixing any cars. I’m driving a Mercedes C300 and accdg to the dealership, they are the only place that can fix my car’s problem. I guess they’re wrong 😂

If you have a lifted anything with aftermarket parts, bring it to these guys. In the 15 years I've owned my 4runner I've brought it to 3 different alignment shops (Les Schwab, Wheel Works & Firestone) none of which could get alignment within spec or even close. They cost a bit more but got the job done. I will only be bringing my cars to them from now on

Fadi and the team at 5 Star did a nice job on my Volvo's 90K service. It was my first time going to 5 Star. I was referred to them by Costco. I love Costco. But that's a different story.
