1st in after lunch with road debris in Passenger rear tire. Bay Area roadways are in such Poor Condition! Done in a Jiffy. Shout out to Ned and his Tire man!! Thank You. Linda thanks you too since it was her car!! so LOL

I couldn't get a hold of my usual place for my oil change so reached out to 5 Star Auto. Things are obviously different during COVID but they were easy to work with. I ended up needing more work than just the oil change I came in with (but this wasn't unexpected – I was warned during my last oil change at my previous place that my brakes would need to be replaced at my next visit) but I am confident with the job they did. Overall was a more pleasant experience than my usual place so will be coming back for sure.

The service at 5 Star is great. I feel very comfortable bringing my car to them as they are AAA approved They are very thorough in servicing my car and anything they feel needs to be done is fully explained. Very friendly and I would highly recommend.

The staff at 5 Star diagnosed the problem with my car and preformed the repairs quickly. This is the third time they’ve made significant repairs to my car. I haven’t had any problems with the work they’ve preformed. They also spotted some minor things that really needed doing and we checked those thing off the list.

Always with a smile and ready to fix whatever comes their way...SO GRATEFUL for the last minute emergency!

The work was performed very quickly! This is a great place to get a smog check while you wait! It only takes a few minutes!

I had a great experience from the guys from front desk to shop to delivery. The work was performed to service a very old and sentimental car and they just downright did a great job, very detail oriented as if it was their own car. I left the shop feeling like I paid a very fair and reasonable cost for repair and parts and experienced great communication as to what was needed and beyond. Will be coming back for future services. thanks to Ned, Fadi, and Dan....good people, great work...I highly recommend.
