I have a Lexus and my air condition was having problems. I brought it into the shop in the morning and spoke with Mr. Ned. I explained what I felt was wrong with my air condition and he put on his face mask, checked underneath my dashboard, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He asked when I would like to have the repair done. I asked if he can schedule the repair as soon as possible due to the expected heat wave this weekend. Mr. Ned ordered the part, and asked that I bring my car back for drop off in a couple of hours, which I happily did. Within three hours I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. Mr. Ned promised that my car would be repaired by end of day. Done! Mr. Ned promised that there will not be dirty prints on the interior of my car (because it’s cream interior and any dirt will be visible). Done! Mr. Ned quoted me a price that was fair and honest. Done! He didn’t charge me a penny more than what I was quoted. I will not go to any other auto repair shop after my experience with 5Star Auto Service. Customer service and quality of service are unmatched! This shop deserves the AAA rating! Thanks, Mr. Ned, for saving me from the heat.
