Very convenient from where I live! Needed a smog done and my oil changed and made a request for an appointment on line, which was a Sunday, someone got back to me ASAP! Ned is great! The reception area made me feel like I was at Lexus! The work area is immaculate!! Ned was great about checking out my other issues and gave me an estimate on what it would cost! I had to get a smog check and showed up on a Feiday morning. They took cAre of me no problem and when I returned to collect my car it was pulled up to the front for me...and this was my first time going here! Talk about customer service! Theresa's no obvious communication between the gentleman at the register and the one on the shop floor but still this nice touch happened apparently seamlessly! Wile I have a regular mechanic I will be back for smog checks and will definitely recommend 5Star Auto to friends.
