Apart form the long wait for the delivery of a part from Santa Clara, (not the fault of 5 Star), I was driven to and picked up from a nearby shopping center and able to make good use of my time.

The two things that stuck out to me was how clean the lobby was and the cashiers wonderful personality. She is truly an asset to your company.

Quick and Easy, fair priced. Friendly office staff and clean, friendly mechanics. The owner was onsight to answer all of my questions, I will definetally be back!

Had brake work and shocks/struts replaced. Great job.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation and was very satisfied with the service - quick and competitively priced. While there I realized they also sold headlamps and my headlamp had just gone out the day before. I had already called the dealer and they quoted me double what Five Star was able to replace the headlamp for. It was convenient and cheaper!
