I've taken all our cars over 10+ years to 5 Star and love the team - taken VW, Honda, Mini, Acura. They've always been transparent and honest about the options, their work and the costs. Helped too as the cars got older and decisions about what to do and not to do. Even sorted out a drama with my EV last week that BMW was going to make a cost mountain out of.

First time not going to dealer with my 5 yo Lexus ES300 hybrid (had service package). Very happy to find 5 Star Auto through Costco. EXCELLENT service, car ready by 12:30 pm & not pressured/charged for unnecessary work. Needed an alignment after new tires, oil change, few other minor items & that was all I was charged for discount from Costco, significant savings over dealer & knowledgeable service guys! Thanks guys.. see you in 6 months!!!!

very happy with the service work on my car. The owner gave me a ride home after dropping off the car. They messaged me about additional work to be addressed, got my agreement before proceeding. The service work was completed within hours.
