I was looking for an auto mechanic shop to replace my starter but wasn't sure which shop to trust with my vehicle. I called the dealership and they couldn't get my car in for two weeks. After calling a few shops, I decided to take my car into 5 Star Auto. Although they were also busy, they didn't hesitate to offer their help. My car was towed to the shop and as they worked on my car, I received great communication regarding the status of my vehicle. Pricing was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service. I would definitly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I recently experienced a flat tire and immediately called AAA to have it towed. The AAA agent informed me that 5 Star Auto Service was nearby so I called 5 Star to ask if they replaced tires. The Service Technician agreed to take a look at my vehicle right away so I had Action Towing deliver it. I was pleased with the great customer service I received. The 5 Star lot was filled with vehicles and I can totally see why. The staff are courteous, professional, and they provide exceptional automotive service. It is not surprising that the location was voted #1 by AAA. 5 Star Auto Service is a full service shop so I plan to trust them with my vehicle for future maintenance and repairs.
