Great service as usual. Engine light came on, 5 Star Auto had time to fix the car right away.

Josh looked at my sons car although it was more than I wanted to spend right now when we are ready I will be back

My car "idiot light" was on and they were willing to squeeze me in. The service was great and done within a half hour. They cared about my car and gave me recommendations for future repairs and replacements when I have more time.

Josh was very helpful and let me know the variables for the alignment on my truck.

Did a fine job - car runs like new

This was the first time I took my car to another repair facility besides going to the Auto Dealer direct. I have had my Audi Services through the dealer for everything except buying tires and some oil changes. I found your service company and reviewed your ratings on several websites. I felt comfortable having your shop check out a whistling sound coming from the engine area. Your Shop Repair Staff Josh helped me out and I was able to drive in and Merieco (sp?) took an immediate look at the car. It was obvious that I have a bad PCV valve leaking behind the engine cover. It turned out not only bad but the one under the Valve Cover as well. This turned into a major job. I felt comfortable with Josh and also found out I needed tires. I usually go to Wheel Works in Belmont. But after all that Josh has done for me, I felt compelled to have this shop also install the tires. The entire bill was over $2k and I drove the car around yesterday all afternoon. Not once was there anything wrong and my steering wheel lined up perfectly with my wheels. Somehow the steering wheel was off center and Wheel Works wasn't able to line it up. I am very happy with the service and attention I received and just how flexible Josh was with regards to my car. He also arraigned for a car rental and they came to my home to pick me up for that. I will be back for sure. I don't think I will be visiting the Dealer in Burlingame anytime soon. I found a great place and it's exactly a mile from my front door. Walking back was a breeze and good exercise too. Please thank all your staff at 5 Star for making this a memorable experience. I will pass of their good work to others looking for a reputable car repair shop. I also have a Chevy Truck that we will be taking in next month. I look forward to working with Josh and his maniacs again soon.
