I was referred to this shop my a colleague of mine and it is down the street from my office so I thought I would give it a shot. I was thoroughly pleased with Ned's customer service, it is unparalleled to other repair shops. For the job that was done, I felt the price was pretty reasonable. Came in for smog & OIL & filter. Did all and bad rear brakes. Nice guys did good job even came out of office to try to set wife,s clock in 99 VW. Who does that? Good Guys.

They went the extra mile for us to make sure we got our car back, repaired, in time for something important to us. They really double check everything and make sure all is done correctly. Great friendly service. Even though they were busy, they still took my car in and offered to give me a shuttle ride back to my office. They also recommended doing a tire rotation because they noticed my tire wear was starting to become very uneven. Highly recommend this location.
