They did a great job. I took my car in early, they got it done by the end of the day. Provided me with a shuttle ride, when the main driver hadn't started work yet on a Saturday. Friendly, cordial, and to the point on what needed to be done.

Josh is extremely helpful. The thorough inspection if a automobile I was going buy resulted in serious findings. I chose not to purchase the vehicle. Because of the service I s be duped a brake job on our existing car.

As a new resident I went to my AAA source to find 5 Star Auto Service of Belmont. I was not disappointed! All the gentlemen I met were professional, friendly and very helpful. The services was fast and the estimate of the problem was spot on. No surprises when it came to the charges either. These guys get an A+!

I have a 2006 Prius that I LOVE. It drives well and feels substantial, even though it's a "small" car. I'd had work done on this car (and others) at A-1 Japanese Auto in San Carlos a few times before, but thought I'd try something a bit closer to my home in Belmont. I'm not sure if they treat all their first-time customers like me, but EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS was easy, friendly, fast and straight-forward. The work was done well (front suspension), ready early, and their shuttle to/from my home was fast and easy. I got a great price, too! I'll be back: I'm a happy customer.
