Great service provided by Ned and his crew. I was driven home and picked up at the end of the day. Steve showed me the rack and pinion that was replaced and pointed out the origins of the leaking.

Josh and Jose had us in and out with a repaired tire in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday!Firestone in San Mateo and Wheel Works on ElCamino were overwhelmed and could not help us with the nail in a punctured, deflating rear tire on our VW. Work was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate that I get feedback on the diagnosis. This is the second time that I had my car serviced at your station. The only added service that I would appreciate is if you called the customer when the job was completed. Both times that I had my car serviced, I had to call to check if my car was ready.

Ned and his staff to the rescue again! Our 12 year old Dodge Durango has been a great vehicle for our ten or more trips to Tahoe every year during summer and winter. Very few problems.But like all vehicles things wear out. We noticed a noise in the front end, so took it to 5 Star Auto Service. Ned and his staff are so trustworthy and fantastic mechanics. The front brakes were done as well as a hub on the front left. We had the rear brake cylinders replaced as well because they were leaking.Diagnosis was completed by 10:00 AM and we picked up the truck at 4:45 PM, all repairs completed!I wholeheartedly recommend 5 Star to all of my family and friends.
